Conceria Emmedue was founded in 1981 in Arzignano, one of the world’s leading hubs for leather tanning.

We specialise in the production of premium leathers for footwear and leather goods, starting from carefully selected raw hides sourced both nationally and internationally.

Because every phase of production is carried out internally and monitored with rigorous precision, we can manufacture leathers in any colour and with customised technical features specified by the client.

We have recently introduced an automated drum-dyeing system and acquired advanced Industry 4.0 machinery. These upgrades are designed to reduce water and chemical consumption, while optimising overall energy use.

Sustainability

Sustainability is one of our key values, and we place strong emphasis on reducing our environmental impact. In 2020, we expanded into the building next door to create, among other upgrades, a new drum-dyeing system that helps us reduce water consumption and optimise energy use.

This development allows us to maintain more precise control over each stage of processing and to limit the use of chemicals.

We also apply strict criteria when selecting chemical products, opting for high-performance solutions with minimal environmental impact and full ZDHC-compliance
